This is false. WE are the interpreters of the US Constitution. Their job is to evaluate execution of laws and prosecution of laws to ensure they are the letter and spirit of the constitution as interpreted by our Founding Fathers and inherited as We The People.
This is a classic example of how constitutional authority is usurped away from We The People. What WE say goes, so long as it's inline with our founder's intentions. SCOTUS legality and constitutionality has zero say here. Any and all judges claiming otherwise are denying us our constitutional rights. Any enforcement as such makes them a criminal, under color of law.
