Out of curiosity, I visited the link in the pic. It leads to https://www.americasfrontlinedoctors.com/

This site seems primarily geared towards selling people HCQ: First a $90 telemedicine appointment (not unusual), but then also a non-transferable prescription (scam warning)

Third - we cannot simply "send" prescriptions to another pharmacy. That adds a level of complexity and time that no one has, and in addition, we know that it is highly likely that the prescription will not be filled at your local pharmacy, which is a waste of everyone's time.

I found this also to be rather suspicious:

We at AFLDS have known for many months that Ivermectin is a safe and effective treatment for COVID- 19. To preempt unlawful restrictions by the medical and pharmaceutical boards as we witnessed with our endorsement of HCQ, we did not discuss it publicly. While there are more studies showing that HCQ is superior to Ivermectin in the treatment of COVID-19, it remains up to your physician to help you make the best decision.

Seems to much like a CYA. "If we endorsed it it would be banned." At best, this is self-censorship. At worse this is trying to lampshade the slow response to cover the scam they're trying to pull. I'm not convinced that HCQ is better than ivermectin and I've also heard that they work even better together. Seems a bit suspicious.
