OMG, they're on! I've literally been checking that sight every single night, all throughout the night (I am nocturnal) and they have NOT been on....only the memorial was lit and the WH wasn't even visible!! I'm going to check again throughout the night and see what happens. Wouldn't it be odd though if it has been dark since the 20th and today is the 30th???? sheeze.

We'll see. I'm still watching and I just listened to an SGT Report where is was also mentioned that the lights have been being turned off....I don't know what time.
