Why is Biden saying they're going to allow people to sign up February through May? I am asking because we had sign-ups this year in November through December 15th like the last six years.

Is the reason for the new sign up because of those who didn't want to now that there is no mandate wondering if he put the Mandate back and that is why another period of signing up? He wouldn't answer any questions. Did he put the Mandate back and then allow people to sign up so they don't get the tax penalty again?
