Nope. If they don't challenge it always looks like it's true. The fact they are using the BAR to go after him confirms it's true in most minds. In fact, the BAR actually only has standing to address it if they have a complaint and they know it's false. And generally they require a case and victory to do so; otherwise no merit to claim inappropriate behavior. Which also confirms the BAR knows the accusations are true.
