As reported earlier by Cassandra Fairbanks — Dominion Voting Systems filed a massive $1.3 billion lawsuit against former New York City Mayor and Trump Attorney Rudy Giuliani.

The controversial company filed a lawsuit for the same amount against pro-Trump attorney Sidney Powell, who has also been fighting tooth and nail against election fraud, earlier this month.

Dominion’s director of product strategy and security, Eric Coomer, also filed a lawsuit in December against President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, Giuliani, Powell, Newsmax, One America News Network, OANN reporter Chanel Rion, Michelle Malkin, and others that he has accused of civil conspiracy and the intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The 107 page lawsuit against Giuliani was filed in the Federal District Court in Washington, D.C., on Monday morning.

Dominion claims that allegations of election fraud were “demonstrably false.” It also brought up the protest at the Capitol on January 6 for some reason. In fact their announcement to attack Rudy Giuliani reads like something from a far-left publication.

Later this morning Rudy Giuliani responded to the Dominion Voting Systems announcement.

Rudy says he looks forward to investigating their history, finances and practices fully and completely.

Via WABC Radio:

Giuliani, who is also a host for WABC radio, issued the following statement:

“Dominion’s defamation lawsuit for $1.3B will allow me to investigate their history, finances, and practices fully and completely. The amount being asked for is, quite obviously, intended to frighten people of faint heart. It is another act of intimidation by the hate-filled left-wing to wipe out and censor the exercise of free speech, as well as the ability of lawyers to defend their clients vigorously. As such, we will investigate a countersuit against them for violating these Constitutional rights.” – Rudy Giuliani

Are we sure anyone was in those buildings? Maybe the dustification was a cgi overlay to hide most of the proof of bombs. I don't believe anything.

Rudy has done jack shit but deal Hopium for the past couple of years. Don’t any of you Qtards remember constant the “boy oh boy, we got ‘em now!” horseshit from Hunter’s laptop?

Gotta wonder about anyone who honors Hitler by naming themselves after him.

Are we to believe that the court system that dismissed tens of cases "Without Standing" so they wouldn't have to look at the evidence is just going to enforce these motions? Rudy has as much chance in these new US courts as Trump has of recounting the fraudulent votes and winning this time.

I'm ignorant of much of what went on with the election fraud cases because I wasn't paying close attention.

Did they actually make it to the federal level of the SC?

If getting thrown out on technicalities is making it I guess. No one got to actually present their evidence yet. There are still 30[?] more cases open. At this point winning all 30 isn't going to do any good.

They converted all common cold, flu and pneumonia deaths to one thing they called "coronavirus".

Then they created a culture of fear that made everyone afraid of everyone else.

Then they boosted big pharma and health businesses by demanding masks and sanitizer.

Then they intentionally crashed the economy, while forcing over 100000 small, family businesses to close in a wealth transfer of roughly 400 billion dollars suddenly going to Walmart, Amazon, Target, Microsoft, UberEats and Apple.

Then they ALLOWED b.urning l.ooting and m.urdering in the streets and even more damage happened.

Then they used a fraudulent and extremely suspicious method to steal an election, subsequently abolishing any future democratic process.

Civil War and a Revolution or the communist leftists have taken over the USA.

Welcome to the USSA. Until enough people rise. Dominion... why bring more attention to your election fraud?

Rudy and Sidney tricked everybody into saying that Dominion committed election fraud. Which can never be proven. Dominion machines were used for the fraud, but it is impossible to prove that Dominion employees were involved or even just knew about it. Everybody who trusted the lawyers and repeated the allegations will loose a lot of money. It looks like Rudy and Sidney opened a side war theater to distract from the real election fraud.

The data (which is never really erased) speaks loudly.

Yes, data proves that fraud took place, and that Dominion machines were used. And whenever somebody disassembles a Dominion machine (or any other voting machine), they find backdoors and vote flipping mechanisms. But that's all: Dominion is just the manufacturer. Like a weapon manufacturer. Telling everybody that the manufacturer was fighting at the front line throws the people away from the real action, people start repeating stories they cannot proof instead of presenting the data and the video they have. It's like saying Boeing is killing children in Yemen instead of pointing to the people who send the drones.

Dominion is just the manufacturer.

Your reasoning isn't logical.

The voting machines are supposed to be failsafe. They designed them to not be. It's their responsibility.
