Simply replacing "The Act of 1871" with "A series of deceitful post Civil War reconstruction acts in lieu of the bankruptcy of the Republic" covers the bases.

Well, considering the people who conceived of the crimes would be 170+ years old today, I'd say "they" got away with it. And because of the obfuscation, there are very few today participating in it that are aware. But sure, there are a few today. I doubt we know their names, and doubt there will be any arrests.
I do believe our Republic is being restored. I have no doubt. But hopefully it won't be "Federal". See the etymology of the word "Federal". It means/meant "Covenant, Treaty, Alliance" ---- i.e. "Contract".
The resolution of this will be lawful non-renewal of the "Contract" all these Congressional "Acts, Codes & Statutes" passed off as legitimate.
Some folks are picking up on some as yet largely undisclosed and non-public documents signed by Trump last summer. I think on the 7/4/2020, and believe his visit and speech at Mount Rushmore hinted at this.
As I understand, we did not renew these "Federal/Contracts" with the Vatican, Crown Temple, BAR, etc. However, when we will actually see/live/experience the results remains to be seen. My understanding is they are actively trying to establish new fraudulent contracts, declarations, constitutions, etc. to initiate a brand new ruse.
Bottom line, he who owns the gold makes the rules in the realm of "man". Who has it all now is a mystery that may soon be revealed to us. We shall see.
