Patriot, basically they gave themselves a right to establish corporations and making America a Corporation, but they never had a legal right to do so, now called on it, they are scared because it was not legal nor is it valid.

Cool. I did eventually discover the additional parts of the article which is helpful. Glad for the clarification of the "Acts". We were riding the 1871 wave as absolute info. truth be known with continual digging and knowledgeable people sharing.
It's all deliberately spaghetti-fied so as to create plausible deniability after the ruse is ultimately uncovered.
Simply replacing "The Act of 1871" with "A series of deceitful post Civil War reconstruction acts in lieu of the bankruptcy of the Republic" covers the bases.
