No, they are saying that 71% of all detainees are locked up for crimes (Serious ones, illegals don't get locked up for failing to pay child support or even drunk driving)...14-15,000 detainees....do the math.

So that cocksucker is releasing a group (detainees) that are MOSTLY CRIMINAL.

The wall has been working and we have been shipping plane loads of people back to their countries of origin. Still, 15k is a whole lot of people to house and feed when they should never have come to begin with and 71% of them are criminals in other regards.
