Yes, so there has to be some collaboration between them, I would imagine. If Durham's grand juries find sealed indictments for treason, sedition etc, the case should be transferred to Mil with the associated evidence. But I don't know how all that works.

Patriot they are independent investigations , I suspect the DOJ passes it on the MI, but MI passes nothing down.
