unusual yes. however not unheard of.
Example,
2004 when we left Iraq. Every service member rank E-7 or higher ALL received the Bronze Star. Many did what we did. When our Platoon Sargent was awarded the Star we did an about face while in formation.

Even if it’s super unusual, who cares? It isn’t arrests. We need arrests.
I agree we need arrests - but I would still enjoy knowing the military turned their back on Biden - would speak volumes.
