If I'm interpreting things correctly, he doesn't have the authority. . . . Which is why it will be interesting to see what happens with them. Military Tribunals will decide who is guilty of election fraud, who are the co-conspirators, etc., and then arrest them? NG is strategically staged within State Capitol areas and DC where most of the culprits are?
