I don't think the divide can nor should be fixed. I think secession is the only solution at this point. We need to just have an amicable breakup. Two separate countries. If Leftists want to run Commiefornia and the other blue states into the ground like they have been, just let them be their own shitty country. They can keep their dumpster fire. Red states need to team up and just form their own country.

I actually agree with you. But I think that a lot of people are sick & tired of going through this every 4 years. Maybe it would be better to just rip the bandaid off and split up already instead of going through a super-slow, prolonged civil war like we're currently going through.
