Why is this important? > What crimes can be used in Military trails? . Does dereliction of Duty one help force the other crimes into military courts?

Nothing is playing out as predicted here in the final hours so far. Most will take the jump to a deal Trump made with the DS to protect his family and himself. Hope not, because the DS will break any promise quickly. OR Perhaps he was betrayed once again.

Did you notice on January 6th it was as though a switch had been flipped? Suddenly Trump, Pence, and all of Congress seemed to do a complete 180.

Almost as though they kidnapped him after he left the stage and kidnapped congress after they left the voting floor. Trump never returned the same way and all the Congress members returned retracting their pursuits to investigate the elections.
