The NESARA Act gives legal sanction for Trump to hand over control to the military. No specific law dictates when that must be disclosed.

Can't rule it out. I'm not willing to accept that yet though. The force he was up against (assuming he was against it) is a mighty powerful force. They have seven ways to Sunday of making one comply.
