Don't forget the russian novel "we". The history of the book is incredible, it should be taught right next to orwell.

I've never heard of that. I assume it's been translated? Another book for the reading list! Also, interesting you should mention Orwell being taught. I remember reading 1984 in high school English. Not sure they do that anymore.

Yea. I have 2 copies in case one gets destroyed. I really enjoy the 1984 movie release with John Hurt.
