Just going to the store to buy want you want is the wrong mind set anyway. Research pillow fillings and find a human being that can make it, order from an independent. You pay more, buy way less, and what you buy lasts much longer.
Holy shit! How much time do you have on your hands? But you are right. That really should be the way we all do it. I admire that you do it that way.
10 minutes to look up pillow fillings and then think about it while you mow the lawn. 20 minutes to track down someone on the internet that can lead you ordering the filling.
I haven't had to buy a pillow in years so I havent looked up this ladies stance on politics but she makes a damn fine down filled pillow. http://www.tulegoose.com/
Multiplied by all the stuff I intend to buy, though!
I take that approach with, for example, food. Not materialistic here at all.
I take the time to research, raise, grow and prepare food from whole ingredients and to experiment and learn and in order to eat right and we’ll and to produce nourishing real food it takes time and commitment. I know how time consuming and rewarding it is.
It never would have occurred to me to research and commission some nice pillows. I honestly don’t even know what materials I would even research so the admiration was sincere. Take the compliment.
Excellent point. Thank you.
