So the entire military build up in DC is on 'foreign" soil so when the power dissolves at 12 noon EST, DC will go back to America. When this happens, expect a lot of violence from the NWO to claim DC and America to reclaim DC. ... Its very hard to believe that it could be that easy to shut the Fed and the IRS, the Rothschild DEVILS are too smart to make such a blunder, but what if, I really hope that you are right on this.
