To me the important part of this is that it declared that if the analysts believe they see things that the leadership don't like then the leadership brings a lot of pressure on those analysts! To the point of ignoring almost all of them except one and making an example out of that one! It's like they had their agreed upon and approved end result before they even began and if anyone in their ranks came up with something different they were belittled and pressured, almost into silence!
