They are surrounded. They are isolated. They are denied free movement. They have not realised it yet but they are trapped with limited options to get out. If an order is passed and executed then there will be no escape. Opportunity knocks. We had better hope that the Chinese,Russians, North Koreans and Iranians are not crawling a sub up to the coast close enough to get of a lucky shot

Man this is history in the making right here. There really are not enough troops on the streets to defy the WILL of the American people if they get riled up. They will stand up walk out and roll over the opposition put in front of them. If the people get pissed off...then all bets are off.
