Biden's disqualified for a lot of reasons, but making the decisions about the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are not among them. As vice-president, he didn't get to make those decisions. But he's disqualified for being a crook and a traitor to his own nation. He's disqualified for participating in a rigged election. He's disqualified because he never got the majority of votes from the American people. He's disqualified because he well advanced into senility, and is medically unfit for government.
