That's my first thought too.

Her brain is having trouble sending signals through her nerves. This could be because of a stroke caused by an allergic reaction to the "vaccine". If the allergic reaction caused inflammation (very common), and that inflammation reduced bloodflow to the brain... that's a stroke. This looks like a "mild" stroke victim.

Absolutely fucking horrifying. I can't believe people are lining up to take this shit.
