Had a black dude at work last night watching CNN running video of rioting at the capitol and he's shouting "kill 'em, Kill 'em all. Kill all those white motherfuckers!" I reported it to my boss, who acted like she was going to blow it off, so I sent her a text that I no longer felt safe in my workplace and I left. Probably just going to get worse.

Go to HR. Thats work places racisim. Document everything! IF they dont do anything, you will be able to sue.

File a lawsuit. Racial discrimination, workplace safety, whatever your attorney comes up with. Get a nice fat settlement.
