She's trying to stamp some sort of authority for the cameras.. The way she walks back, head bowed, hands clasped like that, no eye contact with anyone, refusing to answer questions, almost like she's praying as she walks.. If she was so confident about Biden's win her body language would be confident. She isn't. She's worried and it shows..
