True. But whenever Trump addresses the troops their whole demeanour is different and they clap and cheer at the end. Maybe they are not allowed to do that but the whole thing was weird AF.

When the troops assemble they are commanded either Attention or At Ease. Attention means they stay the way they were for Pelosi. Those times with Trump, they were obviously At Ease.
