I was told years ago that fence security using razor wire, a bend in the fence tops, or otherwise were on the inside/bent towards the inside.....meant not to keep people out, but to trap those who breach the fence, inside. From the looks of that video, however, it appears the razor wire is on the outside, meant to prevent people out...unless, of course, the invader has a pair of wire cutters. That's why you do it on the inside. In any event....it would appear they are REALLY either over doing it....or preparing for war. Is someone paying big $$ to play 'show and tell' or what? Of course I'd love to believe it's an encampment to hold the swamp creatures IN until they can be transferred to GITMO.
