Once sworn in all Trumps power is transferred to Joe.

It doesn't even take Biden being sworn in.

At noon on Jan 20, Trump's Constitutional powers all end, unless or until lawfully sworn in again.

After that, he has no more lawful authority over any part of the US government as does any past President. Unless/until sworn in again.

Preventing a Biden inauguration is itself insufficient.
