For that matter, the Zapruder film showing Kennedy's head blown backwards, thus plainly not for that shot being shot from behind, and the pencil-hole sized wound in his throat being plainly an entrance wound not an exit wound are "extraordinary, irrefutable, undeniable evidence" of conspiracy to assassinate the President of the United States, and that's just getting started.
No, "Extraordinary, irrefutable, undeniable evidence" is not enough. An honest prosecutor, an honest judge, and an honest jury are also required, together with a system under which said evidence can reach said persons for trial.

Biden being sworn in is the equivalent of an ELE for the entire planet. Of course there must be some body that administers the justice and punishment. That can only be the military at this point.
