Switching votes is against the law. The illegal shit has already happened. There is no need to wait...especially not until after they have power.
The idea that there are not enough crimes already, we have to wait on more, appears utterly absurd.
The key question is whether there exists a party having both the power to make the necessary arrests and prosecutions and the intent to do so.
Power to make arrests and obtain convictions would only decline after a Communist inauguration, and public appearance of legitimacy would appear less. Waiting till after is overthrow of a government put into place by process deemed lawful at the time at every step by the entities lawfully placed in charge.
It is not too sensible a queston whether yet another level of crime is needed before the first arrest occurs. The answer is no. Plenty of completed capital crimes have already occurred.
If I was the left, I'd have a strategy of telling people like us..."hey, just wait it out a little longer, it will work out in the end." I feel like that's what I'm seeing.
Which is what makes me think all this telling people not to go to the upcoming rallies is actually coming from the left. The worst thing the left could imagine is for us to assemble with our weapons. To say they're gonna try and come for our guns if we do this is silly....they are coming for our guns regardless. This just may be the last chance we have.
There certainly is a party with the intent and ability to make arrests...I just dont think they are on our side.
If Patriots in the military and in intelligence have been planning arrests since the Deep State murdered JFK, this is the moment of peak power and about as much public acceptance as can be expected.
If they didn't have the power to clean the government with military tribunals in all these decades, they're not going to have a power increase after the Presidency, Senate, and House all go full Communist.

Look at all the military deployment and what happens worldwide now. And probably Joe has been replaced long ago so under no circumstance there would be a risk he even can take office himself. In my opinion the question if he will take the oath is just a distraction. The really big things are already happening somewhere else.
