Hello, again. Democrats are pure assholes, but they get to be fairly transparent about it- they have friendly constituencies and control of government. "Republicans" need to he controlled through blackmail/graft. Once you control them through blackmail, you get them to do very bad things in order to keep the left in power and undermine our Country. The left also facilitates the Faustian bargain by supplying more of whatever the *thing* is, gathering even more blackmail. The rot then spreads throughout the government as more and more people are compromised. It is an extortion pyramid scheme... Literally. Despite my two replies to you, I am not arguing with you. I am just talking, shooting the proverbial shit. You asked two questions and I gave two answers. I don't claim they are right, but I haven't stopped trying to think about how and why things may not be complete and utter shit.
