This is my primary opinion. If there is a fighting chance, thats the best bet.
You can convince me easily that every poly-tick is a bastard. but I know who I served with, I spoke with them on watch, long long nights, I know for the most part, how many of them feel on 'the issues' of being an American. Even without an organized info-movement/agitprop, I know most every single one of them could resist something wicked effectively, especially if it's their duty day. I'm sure this swings both ways, which aint good news, but it aint the end either.
