What is the punishment for gaslighting someone for years?

Considering the fact that victims of this have a massively elevated risk of suicide and it's considered psychological torture she should be charged with attempted murder and treason!!!

She has done this as a coordinated gangstalking with her colleagues, msm and social media for years now. And now she is demanding he is disempowered and removed based on no professional diagnosis.
