Because no one will be. There won't be one. We will hold a new elections after military heads installed into key positions in the government as interims until results are confirmed based on new safeguarded elections. At that time I believe POTUS won't be officially declared
POTUS until election results are officially tabulated and Certified by presiding interim Commander and Chief. I believe the interim Commander and Chief will be a General or esteemed military officer elected by a separate election process taking place before
newly safeguarded federal national election that will ultimately see POTUS Trump as Commander and Chief for a 2nd term. Just a guess obviously on my behalf.
After military installation and tribunals, remaining ranking members of Congress will be given the option on possible qualified positions they wish to be elected for. Moving from remaining senior officials down to junior members eventually all the way to sate and local. As all
Senior members are removed the lower level members move up in rank and office's in government.
