This is the one you're thinking of. Definitely similar, but too difficult to tell if it's the same after only spending a moment. The Dominion clown's beard is groomed. Still, if you thought of him based on memory, that's pretty good.

Viking guy was the only one I saw at Trump's speech with a pro photographer.. also I did not see him at the Capitol at the police lines either in front or back....but I did see maga hat wearing guys exit the capital after shaking hands with the cops.
