It's been said that because there are so many corrupt involved in politics that after the arrests there will basically be no government. Supposedly a new form of government will be organized for the people by the people. This is why I believe they refer to POTUS as the last US President of the United States (corp) which will be destroyed when the gold standard is all in place and the CB is out of the pic.

It means he will have a new administration. Technically when you take an oath for the second time you are transitioning to another term. Trump could fire everybody and start over if he wanted. It’s a given we will have a new VP if Trump is sworn in. Also a few people have already resigned from his admin today.
