"I ran for Congress and have now taken an oath to support and defend the Constitution," said Boebert in a statement on Monday. "In general, a person must be licensed to carry a concealed firearm in the District, while open carry is prohibited." ---DC police Chief

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."

--Second Amendment - US Constitution; Supreme Law of the United States of America

Definition of infringe

transitive verb 1 : to encroach upon in a way that violates law or the rights of another.

intransitive verb : encroach —used with on or upon / / infringe on our rights

Seems pretty cut and dry that any law infringing on the rights of American People to keep and bear arms runs afoul of the US Constitution and is therefore null and void at its inception.
