"I ran for Congress and have now taken an oath to support and defend the Constitution," said Boebert in a statement on Monday. "That fight began in earnest as House Democrats attempted to stop Members of Congress from exercising their Second Amendment rights. I led eighty-two of my colleagues in fighting back, and we won. I promise I will never stop defending your Constitutional rights."

Members of Congress are permitted to carry their weapons around the U.S. Capitol campus, though not on the House floor.

There is a bullet hole in one of the house desks. I guess that event kind of put a damper on guns on the house floor. She should have a federal officer with her when a DC cop tries to enforce that law, and arrest the cop for violation of 18 USC 242. I really want the President and Republicans to make wide use of 18 USC 241 and 242, especially with regard to the plandemic.

So, what other Amendments to the Constitution are the little Communists in DC 'allowed' to ignore? If DC (or Chicago and NY city) do not follow the Constitution, they are not protected by it either and should be invaded and reclaimed by the USA.

Seems pretty cut and dry that any law infringing on the rights of American People to keep and bear arms runs afoul of the US Constitution and is therefore null and void at its inception.
