There could be scattered skirmishes, lots of noise, lots of confusion, emotions, weird and meaningless acts out of desperation - on one side.

There will be attempt to fuel the confusion while pushing hard (like, real hard!) for social strata simplification (i.e. elimination of middle class capacity to own and operate businesses, simultaneously draining their savings through a chain of lockdowns) - on another side.

Just about that.

And afterwards, expect more cases of international medical terrorism - and once these wear out a bit, new "dangers" would come, likely in shape of "hacker attacks" causing major infrastructure impacts.
