I am curious as to why the Pfizer vaccine needs to be stored so damn cold, but its okay once its in your 98 degree body. I'm sure there is a science-based reason - anyone know?

Found the reason. The mRNA technology demands it. Its fragile apparently. And we're not talking refrigerator cold. It needs -100F temps for long term storage of more than a week.
