However, we know for certain the parade viewing stands were taken down this week.

This doesn't compute. So he knew we had covid and lock downs so he scheduled a parade and now he's cancelling it because of covid? That excuse just doesn't make any sense. Why did he spend the last several months telling everyone we need to shut down and then plan a parade? I'm not buying the covid thing. Maybe he knows he's not going to be president? Maybe he is too sick to appear in public? Whatever it is I don't believe the covid excuse at all.
If any viewing stands are erected or removed on capitol grounds it is done with the knowledge and approval of the Trump administration.
