It's actually those that declare themselves both foreign and domestic to be enemies and then secondary it is your interpretation

Got one of those in .300 WinMag. Shot five 8" plates at 500 yards in 10.8 seconds, only beat by two FBI HRT snipers that day. BTW for the non gun guys I'm talking about the Blaser 93 LRS2 tactical rifle.
