Yes, "acting' IS the important word for those saying there's not enough time. He could name anyone immediately who could then immediatlely start implementing the duties of the office without question. I mean, it IS possible.

Trump has used "temps" to great advantage in the past. You get your guy in position with full "acting" authority and dodge congressional oversight for 160 days or so.

Actually the original inauguration date was March 4th. What's possible is a return to the original constitutional date. Not saying it will happen, but the dates are not chiseled in stone. The evil doers are so corrupt they will not simply hand over the election to the rightful winner President Trump. We will take our country back and it may take the military to do it on our behalf. Even that may not be cast in stone. The original inauguration day was March 4th. The 20th Amendment changed that in 1933. Could get crazy. Lets hope January proves fruitful for our Patriot cause.
