While masks can aid in the long-term sustainability of this op, remember that all walmarts are highly surveiled pieces of real estate. Walking in from another property, a local drop-off, or mass transit would all be ways to avoid having your license plate flagged by a camera. I am reasonably sure that they would come after you if they could prove a pattern of behavior. At least a lifetime ban, I would assume.
