Someone commented on Twitter that the street light had a speaker and that's where the audio was coming from. Also, there's a video of the cops walking down the sidewalk across the street from the RV. As they are walking past the RV the countdown recording changes to "do not approach this vehicle" and then returns to the countdown when the cops pass by like someone was watching. Who was doing the robotic voice? Odd for sure
