I know this man is evil. But what he's talking about in these talks is reducing the population through the attrition of breeding. So, in 3rd world countries women have 5 to 12 kids depending how long the mother is alive just to keep up the population of said 3rd world country. So by building better shit in those shit holes and keeping these people healthier and happier and without having warlords killing 10s of thousands. So, its makes sense in what he's saying. I know he's trying to kill off the smart people and just keep the dumb around to do the manual labor.
