Im right there with you. I cannot be charged with shop theft if i have all the shit i want to buy in my hand and enough money to cover it and attempt to pay. you cannot refuse to serve me because im refusing to submit to the medical treatment your supermarket is attempting to enforce on me, that is called discrimination. I will go in, get my stuff and you can follow me around all you like demanding i leave or wear a mask, and then when i go to pay and you refuse to accept my payment im going to make sure ive got it recorded that you are refusing my payment and them im going to leave your store with my money and the items *i did not steal* as i *attempted to pay* - you can attempt to detain me but when the po po get there they are going to tell you to accept the cash and warn you that if you do that again you can be charged with unlawful detention. If a security guard decides to intervene im more than happy to whip out my own license, get your details, and report you to the LRD and you will lose your license for committing an indictable offence on duty. You best be careful nig... remember.... you dont need to lock a door or even sit there in the room with me for me to be detained. all you have to do is restrict my freedom of movement. You stop me from moving because you incorrectly assert i have committed an offence despite supposedly being trained to know exactly what both of those offences are, you lose your livlihood.
