What about the item written into the bill saying that the president needs to have Congressional approval to do marshal law? That is not Constitutuinal. This is the first thing I have felt worried about in the past 4 years.

I like that. But, doesn't that only apply to the stimulus bill? Isn't the NDAA a separate bill? I read the Congress voted to override the veto of the defense bill.
