Steiner is not agreeing with Gates (even though he cannot) nor is he Promoting it, he is warning about it, just to be clear. Curious quote though. His whole philosophy was to promote the soul and spiritual health--and this against the backdrop of the immense slaughter of WW1.
Are they creating a zombie army? It is easy enough to environmentally/socially create individuals without a conscience, or to brainwash them into believing there is only one possible belief system.
