I think it will be incredibly challenging to prove this in a court of law; proving this tech exists, that some nepharious person(s) with access to it are out to get him and that they have tried.
Challenging, yes. I trust Binney.
Maybe this is a way to r-pill the public about DEW and drone strikes.

Agree it exists and Binny knows it well , but much of the info is classified or unknown "star wars tech" to the normies, disinformation agents will crawl out of the woodwork to disparage his claims ... courts and agencies will deny his ability to disclose pertinent unreleased documentation and information supporting his case ... heavy resistance all the way. This gives MSM the openings they will use to paint him as a nut case. You know the drill.
If Binny is correct, why are they attempting to kill him now? What did he recently do or disclose to cause this response? Or is it something he might do or disclose soon? Could this be a warning and not a serious attempt? I haven't kept up with Binney this year.
