I've never had a Twitter account so I'm never logged in. But I can view all these tweets. So probably the browser's cookies are the problem because they still say you're logged in with your banned account. So you can clear all cookies (this would affect all websites you have login info saved in cookies) or use another browser that you didn't use for twitter before.
